After losing my phone, my insurance asked I go collect my replacement phone from MTN the Bridge. 3months later I am still with no phone as it's been an unsuccessful battle with MTN to get them to replace my Nokia 820 Lumia. At a point management suggested that I pay an extra R1000 to replace like for like as they say the extra costs cover accessories and I should take it up with my insurance. The bland approach by MTN Greenacres stuff members is infuriating and indecorous. The Matter needs to be resolved and I need to be issued with a Nokia Lumnia.
