Ridiculous Service

Hi,

I have upgraded my 2mb uncapped account to a 2mb uncapped premium account in the bigging of the year. Where my premium has changed To R599.00. I have been paying that amount for quite a while now assuming that I am on the premium package! Today I get DL transfer rates of 30kb/s. Called Mweb and after holding on the line for 30min I get told that im just on the normal package and I am being throttled!!! I have been paying for their PREMIUM package for NOTHING!!! I want this issue resolved immediately and I will be reporting your service to an Ombudsman!!!
