VODACOM SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WORST IN SOUTH AFRICA!

I always have the worst experience with Vodacom and being at the store after Customer service could not assist me, I get the feeling I'm not the only one. It is month-end my bill gets paid every month, then I get told I reached my limit last day of the month, although my limit is R7000, they decided that on R2500 it will be locked! Then on the 1st, new month, Sunday, no one at Vodacom has the authority to unlock my phone, although it is paid, only accounts department that is closed on week-ends, how Ridiculous is that?!! They don't trust their own staff to make decisions after they can see it IS PAID!!! VODACOM SHOULD LOOK AT THEIR COMPITITION; THEY ARE MUCH FRIENDLIER HELPFULL HAS TOP-UP PACKAGES THAT IS AFFECTIVE RIGHT AWAY! You are not untouchable Vodacom you better pay attention to your staff, your computers and give your personal more to work with, so that they don't appear grumpy, uninformed and frustrated! Lots of customers will agree with me! Get your act together or you will soon not be one of the largest in the country ANYMORE! Please get rid of your happy song while we hold on for so long to get attended to, it makes us MAD not HAPPY!
