NO invoice

After calling 4 times to receive my invoice that i did not receive as i always do on my email i am still not receiving it. they keep telling me you will receive it. The first call was last week second one was yesterday and another 2 today.??? i need to issue the company this invoice by the end of the day to claim back my calls
