Vodacom should alert service users that the Giveahappy promotion does not work so well. Yesterday we had two instances in which vouchers could not be redeemed. The first agent we called made me stay on the line for 20 minutes convincing me I had not redeemed the voucher. The next consultant accepted there were problems with the service. So I am waiting for my free 60 minutes (0798313227) and 100MB (0794956547). It is a service we pay for.
