Vodacom has this new promotion called giveahappy, were a customer gets a gift from another customer. I got a gift of 100mb, which I followed all the necessary criteria to earn it. The problem is that I never got the gift at the time I was promised, I called them and enquired what had went wrong. Only to be told that my problem was being escalated from one department to the other. They also promised to get back to me as soon as possible but it has been 2 days now. I rightfully deserved the gift, the issue is that they never got back to tell me what had gone wrong. That by me is bad service and needs attention
