Vodacom

As a customer of vodacom for the past 2 years it came to be a huge surprise that when I walked into the vodashop to do an upgrade that I was entitled to it showed on the system that " I have already done an upgarde" this to my knowledge could not have been me the rightful owner of the contract in question. Then the helpful consultant the vodashop chatsworth brunch got into contact with vodacom direct to query this I was then givn the call to take talkn to the consultant it was made known that the upgrade was fraudulantly done on the 6/11/2013 "online" I then asked them to cancel the upgrade and to an even bigger surprise I was told "No" that can't be done they will have to log a call n the I should provide a affidavit n my identitiy document again to their and risk department. They could not provide me with a turn around time on when this problem will be rectified! For such a huge company to allow prsonal details of clients to be accessed by any tom plus harry is truly the most horrifing thing done. Iam even more horried at their lack to cancel the deed and assist their client in the correct and "HELPFULL" manner! Disgusted with them!
