Poor Network Coverage / Poor Customer Service

I am highly frustrated with Cell C and regret switching to your network from Vodacom. On 24/07/13 I called to report poor poor call quality & data in my area. Most times I only get GPRS / EDGE even though I'm using a smartphone & your website shows I should have HSDPA coverage. I got ref 3072203017 as proof of my call. Your networks department sent me a spreadsheet which I completed & sent back to them. Since then I heard nothing. I called again on 03/08/13 as per ref 1308020000389785 & 1307280000056308. I spoke to Unathi who said she would log a follow up call. I called again on 08/09/2013 as per ref 1309080000031880 and spoke to Carol. Once again I was promised an escalation. I called again on 16/09/13 & spoke to Lesego who promised he would escalate again. I called on 28/10/13 & then requested to speak to a manager by the name of Jabo Dhlamini who promised to speak to the manager of the networks department and he would call me back within 24 hours. Up until today no call has been received. The only call I received was a call from your Sales department in Nov offering me a tablet due to my good conduct with Cell C. Clearly your network only cares about money! 4 months later and nothing!
