I am very very unhappy. I have been experiencing a lot of trouble with my sim card. First it was BIS now my phone has no signal. To avoid the problems I experienced with the BIS I took my sim card and bought a new Samsung which I am now using. Now, for the past three days, my phone doesn't have signal. I did phone Vodacom 082 111 and they say that I must contact you. Now, I did phone you and suddenly I have to do a sim swap!!! As soon as I see that my phone doesn't have signal, I have to switch it off and then back on and THEN I HAVE SIGNAL AND MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING!!! So why do I have to go and do a Sim swap??? If this is not fixed, I will cancel the contract. According to my attorney I still have time to cancel. I am losing money due to the fact that I cannot get calls in
