I dont trust FNB anymore

More than two weeks ago I received a notification via sms about a failed transaction-the last time I used my card was the night before. When I received that failed transaction sms, I was sitting my at desk at work. I then phoned FNB to have my card canceled. I was then told by FNB agent that my card will be ready for collection within 5 to 7 working days. i went ten working days later-my card was not there. The person who helped me wasn't even sure if there is a replacement card requested for me.
She told me to go back today, which I will do later.

Anyway, earlier I received another SMS from FNB-stating that I have payments due in 2 days time. I do not have any debit orders for the 22 or 23 of any month. And I have never received such a sms about payments due from FNB before. I called the number given in that SMS but I was told that I could not be helped but I need a card number-and i am still waiting for my card. i wanted to give my account number but apparently they can't help with that.

I have been with FNB for the past few years, and I am really upset with what has happened to me all in one month.
