After not even having my Blackberry for a year, i started having problems. I e-mailed cell c to ask for my contracts papers so that i would be able to take my phone for repairs. I got an email with a reference number (1311180000410418) and a message saying i will be contacted within 2 work days. It has been more than a week and i still havent heard anything from them. Bad service, bad response!
