From the date that I have had my contracts my 2 BlackBerry hand sets have been in at least 10 times and it has got to the stage that all they do is BER the handset for no reson at all as it is easer than the repair. The contract is not even 24months old but the hand sets are out of warrenty are they lazy or what.
