False agreement

After a attempt to clarify something which I agreed with one of your representatives failed, I would like a more senior staff member to rectify.

I have written confirmation stating that my current contract will run from 13/01/2012 - 13/01/2014, but your website displays it will only expire in April 2014. Please rectify this and get back to me with a solution
