24 Hours is more like 24 days!!!

Asked Vodacom to please forward me an email copy of my itemized billing, they requested all sorts of funny letters and information, after submitting it to them they replied and said I will have it within 24 hours... It's now 2 weeks later and nothing has been done about it...
