Nomonde did you even read my query???

MTN gives me airtime of R200.00 every month on the 14th but they didn't do that this month. I called the Contact Centre and was advised that I'm actually wrong cause according to Khosi, Palesa, Rabelani (Supervisor the) and Mongezi Shabalala MTN did give me the airtime. I then requested that they give me proof of this or tell me how I utilised it cause I know you can tell from your system if I have wasps or if I made a lengthy call. Rabelani said he'll get proof and call me back - well im still waiting for the call, mind you I lodged this query on the 15th and today is the 29th. You have breached our Contract so I want to terminate it. I will not waste another minute explaining this to you people. Once again I put this in capital letters: CANCEL MY CONTRACT! Im going to take legal action against your company if this isn't resolved immediately cause I have proof that I told you to cancel my contract a number of times instead of cancelling it, you decide to confirm that my account was credited with R245.00! Who said anything about the R245.00? Your negligence is going to make you lose your job cause you couldn't understand nor execute a simple request.
