Refuse to cancel the airtime Contract

Hi

any one to assist, I have an airtime contract with Jet, they were loading R75 per month and by beginning of 2009 I called to cancel the contract because I was not working and they say they cancelled it, but instead of cancelling it, it has been reduced to R49 of which is not what I requested. If I call to question this R49 the person who assisted me told me that it my lucky because to their system I'm no more member to them. I called on Friday regarding the same issue and they told me that they will contact me but they didn't.
