Suspending service for no reason

I have a business contract with 8ta suddenly all our accounts were suspended when i called to inquire
about the issue the agent who was helping me said everything looks okay and all payments are up to date
so he logged a case and told me it will take three days to resolve, three days on a business contract for no reason till now there is no response.
