I took my htc one x in for repairs in july of this year to mnt at canal walk said it will have to be sent away to campany called regenersis in gauteng ok all good the phone was sent away and a month went by and still no call from mtn after I made inquieries I was told that they waiting for parts from htc over seas.eventually I got the phone back 2 weeks later got home used the phone for a week and again it died this time I took straight to mtn in montegue gardens thinking this will save time sorry the repairs done was a mother board replacement again the phone was sent to regenersis and suprise again no stock again of the part ie mother board no 2 again it was a waiting game and I then tried to get a replacement handset which regenersis was happy to give at a cost of over R2500.00 and if im not prepared to pay I will just have to wait till they receive the parts.got the phone back and again a repeat where the phone just dies and back in again. Its 28th just received phone back from repair for the fouth time got home and it does not work.pls help. I had to go purchase another phone to use [Email Removed] at mtn head office email.pls hel
