The worst service eve

I'm due for an upgrade in December and since MTN has a ruling that you can upgrade your contract 3mnths before the original date I thought Well Good!!! I then went to MTN The Glen, spoke to Thanyina and advised that I want a Samsung package (Samsung S4 with Tablet7inch). This was the 8th November 2013, he advised that there is no stock however he will order for me and give a call with in 7days. I waited for him to call, to no avail. Saturday the 22nd I went back to go enquire about the package and why I haven't been called. Thanyani, did not care that he didn't call because as far as he is concerned he did his part by advising his manager to order. After a long argument with him he then decided apologised (sorry hee). I then asked a simple question "what did you order on my behalf as a client" Thanyani, lost his cool, telling me that he is being nice to me and I am now making him a fool by asking such questions. To make matter worse I found out that the package that I wanted is not available any more. The package that I'm being advised to take is some Pocket Neo Samsung phone with Tablet - 7inch or a much more expensive package, which I don't want. All I want is S4 with Tablet..!
