3 weeks for a number port

I recently went into altech autopage to take out a 2nd line. I was accepted and requested to port my partners number onto the contract. This was at the end of last month. It is now the end of may and I have a phone and my number still has not been activated. So I now have a contract im paying for no sim card and no service and everythineverytime I call the call centre and am told only the store can help. And the store keeps sending requests to have the port co.pleted but no response this is alot of fun. How many companies take ur money and give u nothing in return. Pls help
