Endless Problems with Autopage Westwood

Firstly Rosina has a very bad attitude towards customers. This store has no customer relations experience whatsoever! i went in to get a new contract on my account & rosina took over 3days to sort out the porting, when i called to enqiure, she said there was a problem and they couldnt port that number, so i asked her to cancel it, i ended up taking another contract with Vodacom directly only to find out Rosina and the Autopage Westood manager: Vikeshnie havent cancelled the porting for a contract that i didnt even sign for. i'm just sick and tired of this store, i have another problem pending from last August which hasnt been rectified yet, the previous manager Junaid gave me excuses that the Blackberry rep was on maternity leave, up until today they havent sorted the prob with my phone. the battery doesnt even last an hour, this was a happening from the time my contract upgrade was done. i sure hope that all these problems i'm having with this store gets sorted out once and for all coz im really off to the max!!!
