False claim

I made my payment on my cell c account, but they suspended my account claiming I did not make the payment. My number has been suspended for a month. I've made effort in contacting customer support with proof of payment by my Nedbank branch. I do have proof of payment but cell c still claims that I did not pay. I was refused any further help with my problems.
