R480 was from my fiances account using MTN easi recharge, we are both on vodacom and neither one of us uses mtn. I have phoned their call centre, none of their operators can help me, they do not have a complaint line or a line! How can a company like MTN not have a line? They kept telling me I should phone from my MTN phone, NOT UNDERSTANDING I AM NOT EVEN A MTN CUSTOMER! I have also sent an email and facebook message and no one has called or bothered to help me. If it is this easy to our money it can happen again!!! TERRIBLE!!!
