The worst part of having my phone today was having to deal with your utter incompetent staff. Thanks for making the situation even worse than it was... after 8 years with cell c I can finally say thank goodness i'm moving to Vodacom!

It took cell c three hours to give me a ITC no to blacklist my phone only to neglect to give me a IMEI no, which they know goes together in order to block the phone.

Your company have more sympathy with the criminals that my phone that with me your customer. Bye Bye to rubbish service!
