I couriered my phone phone Experia Z from CPT for repair. Ismael accepted the package and confirmed that it will be placed in the queue for repair and will be looked at yesterday 2013/11/27. After multiple emails requesting some sort of feedback no one responds. To make things worse I've made numerous calls however no one answers, it's as if the place closed down. Absolutely pathetic I will definitely not be making use of them in the future. So much for a certified Sony repair centre, I'm pretty sure they do not accept this type of service THANKS SSS CELLULAR.
