Changing my contract without notifying me

I send an email to MWEB after reading their advertisement on their website about a deal of uncapped without line for R299. I did talk to on of the sales consultants on 2nd of August which was confirmed by email. He promised me that all calls are recorded. During this call he suggested to me to take the 6 months contract which will include a modem. Eventually after my 1st complaint on your site they reacted and I did receive my modem on 20 Sept 2013.

Now I have a problem with my account. I received a bill on 10 Nov 2013 saying that I do not owe them since I am on "ADSL FREE promotion" valued for R339. I phoned them at 087 700 2121 asking them whether they have my bank account and to hear when I will start to pay. They took my bank info and the man told me that I will start to pay on 31 Dec 2013. Today I received a bill again telling me "Reversal ADSL free promotion" and that I now suddenly owes them R463.30 (R406.40 VAT). I do not understand why the original contract I started with namely R299 VAT is now suddenly R463, 30. All my friends only pays R339 - how did they get to R463.30?
