No service!

I have been having problems with my internet for some time now! This afternoon I AGAIN called their call center and was put on hold from ten to four to half past five!!! I was tranferred TO FOUR people before eventually I was put through to "lucky" but I was not so lucky because he knows blue sweet nothing!!
Vodacom you are wasting my time and my money!! Yesterday there was no reception for the WHOLE DAY!
NOT THE CELL NOR THE DATA CARD!
And today I had to go to telkom in the mall and buy a sim card to get on to the internet! What is going on?
please tell me? My contracts with you are expiring in three months time and I am surely thinking of moving to another provider!
