I am extremely getting tired of MTN and its lack of service. Last week is was dealing with MTN regarding bad connection and lack of trained proffesionals, now the MTN problem persists. On Thursday the 21stNovember, i called the MTN in Southgate mall due to incorrect billing on my contract card, a guy call Steven who happens to be the store manager said he will rectify and I asked for an email to confirm since I have no faith in MTN. Till now, 27 November, no email has come through, I don't even know if the contract has been recified. Its impossible to get through to that store, and the phone is never answered or engaged.

I should be paying R289, but was billed R319.00, he told me to pay that R319.00 thereafter will pay less, but it seems like he cannot send the email to confirm it. Why should I pay R319.00 in the first place???

This is the exact reason why I opted not to have a debit order, and they proved me right yet again! I called on the 26th and he kept me on the phone for 10mins saying he is doing it (migrating my contract) and emailing, yet nothing has come through. Even store managers are unprofessional! IRATE
