For days now I am trying to contact 1808. The IVR system is faulty, pressing option 1 doesnt nothing but loop the announcement. when you eventually get through to an agent, and ask to be put thru the Upgrades department, they make you give your cell number AND MTN PIN (stupid inefficient process) so they can put you thru to the requested department. You then also go through an IVR which is faulty- pressing 1 gives you a " Apologies" in annoying amercian accent and option disconnects the call. Its extremely frustrating. I have now called yesterday and today repeatedly without being able to get through to correct person, and not ONE of the consultants bothered to check if my need was met. No "service" in service provider!!!
