I have called the Foschini Customer Care Number (0860 576576) numerous times over the past 3 days (wasting a ton of my airtime) to no avail. All I want is to find out the amount due for my account but even that doesnt work. I dont know what kind of system you are using becuase it repeatedly tells me my details are incorrect or i have not entered any details despite me repeatedly entering the same number! This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. When I call the 011 number it doesnt make any difference either. This is pathetic service. and extremely annoying!
