Just end call: when transferred from another department to customer service, I am to select a language option. So does not matter which option I choose the system does not read it, which is fine, though frustrating. BUT, then it just end the call!!! Whatever happen to just put me through to English then???
Send back and fro: I was sent form department to department to department to department - and then eventually told to go to the store. I MEAN REALLY!
