THIS IS NOW THE 3RD TIME THAT I COMPLAIN ON HELLO PETER ABOUT TELKOM IN THE LAST 12 DAYS - EVERYTIME I GET A AUTOMATED MESSAGE STATING SOMEBODY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN 5 WORK DAYS - IT DIDNT HAPPEN THE FIRST TIME OR THE 2ND TIME. I HAVE A 4MEG SPEED LINE & A CAPPED ACCOUNT - AND FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS I GET THROTTLED WITHOUT ANY REASON OR EXPLANATION YET I HAVE TO PAY PREMIUM PRICE FOR THE SERVICE - TELKOM GET YOUR TOGETHER OR MY NEXT CALL WILL BE TO ICASA!!! FROM THERE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT `& THEN THE MEDIA - I DARE YOU TO NOT RESPOND AGAIN - I DOUBLE DARE YOU!!! IVE BEEN PATIENT AND IVE BEEN ASKING NICELY SO ITS TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO MWEB & LAUNCH A FULL SCALE MEDIA BLACKOUT AGAINST TELKOM. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR ANSWER... TIK TOK...
