4 weeks without a phone - faulty Samsung 4 battery

On the 19th of November, the Autopage courier came to pick up my phone. Weekly I call and I speak to a different person all the time that tells me there are waiting for a credit note for my phone!!! I'm self employed and I have not had a phone for so long, the amount of business I have lost, eventually I had to buy another phone so to be able to at least remain connected. No one can put me through to the manager, all the consultants tell me that it has been escalated. I have spoken to more than 8 people and no one can help me. I can't wait for my contracts to be over and move service providers. I have gone into an expense to get another handset. A friend who is on vodacom had the same problem with her Sumsung battery and within a week, her phone was exchanged!!!
