My MTN contract was due for an upgrade.
I had contacted MTN, to proceed with the order process.
I received an order number on 14 June 2013.
I had arranged with MTN to inform me once the package is ready - and I would collect from their RTT distribution centre. My order was made available as expected, and subsequently returned to MTN.
On 02 July 2013, I had escalated the matter to 'Dan' (Line manager - of call centre/internal Sales).
I had, as a result of the delay, requested that my package now be delivered to my residence.
He had assured me that the delivery will take place on 03 July 2013 as required.
On 4 July, I have still not received my order.
I then called MTN - and was passed from pillar to post 6 times, with each new person asking me for the same information - and no solution.
I have since not received any contact from MTN, nor has my order been delivered.
