MTN does it again

So I upgraded in March 2013 from Top up 100 to the Top up 200 and was billed for this at the end of March. funny thing is after my upgrade my bill changed bt the amount of airtime and data I received didn't change!!! When I called in yesterday the 21st of MAY to find out why I had never received what im paying for I was given a lame excuse that they apologize but my upgrade didn't take place on the network, fully how it showed in the billing. If i had not paid my account for 3 months i would be getting letters of demand and my line would be suspended but now that they are doing it im pushed from pillar to post saying it will be resolved. I am really not happy and I am sure that this is reasons to cancel the contract as it is breech of contract if that is possible then please can i be released from these people. You call an ask for a once of data bundle to be loaded it doesn't load in 24 hrs and YOU have to call them and they then ONLY then do they load it manually. this has happened to me twice!!! Im so disappointed in MTN.
