My account has unfortunately reached a ridiculous amount of over R6k. I called CellC and told them I cannot afford to pay that in one payment. I asked if I could make a payment arrangement of R600 and they said I can pay that but they will not stop the debit order. And they said next month they will still try take the full amount. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! How dare they! useless scoundrels! A person explains their financial situation, but are shown no sympathy! Also note that I had a payment made into my bank account and Cell C whipped over R3k of it. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
