I received a samsung s3 mini via ram couriers on wednesday. I got home charged the phoned accordingly to the user manual. I started using the phone in the first 10min the phone started to reboot, as soon as i work on it it reboots. I phoned cell C directory and spoke to 3 people wich said i must go to cell c shop in the mall the personal there refused to help me. I phoned cell c directory again and after speaking to 5 different people i got to a lady who where very friendly and helpfull she took my details and everything there system was down and she couldnt give me refrence number she said she is going to phone me back and it is now a whole week and still nobody phoned me . she also told me the courier is going to pick up my phone but stil no courier came. i want to cancel the contract at Cell C .The service is beyond bad!!!
