i ordered a service, a 2meg uncapped adsl package from the 10210 helpline of telkom
after having no succes from their website trying to order it from there
the helpdesk could not be of any assistance as they have a policy whereby iyou ca'nt order this service if i am not the account holder of the line.such outdated nonsense
the person did not want to hand the call over to a supervisor as i instructed and dropped the call on me
My point is
when ordering a Internet package from MWeBafrihostcybersmartAccess or any ISP
they dont care who owns the line, but that you have one, and acknowledge that you only want aquire a internet accountpackage
i'm sure they will be losing clients as its an outdated practise
