VERY BAD SERVICE

I CALLED TELKOM 10210 FOR ADSL SUPPORT ON SATURDAY 2013-07-20 AT ABOUT 19:15.I WAS ASSISTED BY MR PILLAY FROM THE ADSL SUPPORT CENTER.I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY INTERMITTENT INTERNET CONNECTIVITY . HE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AS TO WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT COULD BE MY COMPUTER'S OPERATING SYSTEM.HE ASKED ME HOW MANY COMPUTERS USE THE INTERNET.WHEN I TOLD HIM THREE, HE SAID IT WAS TO MUCH AND THAT I SHOULD LIMIT THE INTERNET TO MY COMPUTER ONLY.HE ALSO MENTIONED TO ME HOW MUCH DATA I USE AND SAID TO ME THAT TELKOM CHECK WHO ABUSE THE DATA, AND THEN THROTTLE THEM BECAUSE OF THE FAIR USE POLICY.
THROTTLE MEANS TO SLOW DOWN, AND NOT TO STOP.THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I CALLED 10210.ON THE OTHER HAND, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WAS INSULTED FOR USING THE INTERNET, BY MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.I PAY MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH.WHEN MY PAYMENT IS LATE, I PAY LATE CHARGES.I DO NOT GET FREE INTERNET, I PAY A LOT OF MY OWN HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE INTERNET..

AT THE END OF THE CALL MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED.
IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THE ADSL SUPPORT MEMBER MR.PILLAY IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE SYSTEM THAT HE IS SUPPORTING CLIENTS.
I HAVE ADSL UNCAPPED FOR A YEAR
