Reported this problem several times. Fault keeps on been closed without being resolved. The last technician advised tgat the line needs to be replaced. This was on the 26 October. I was told this would be logged and would be resolved on the Monday. Still has not been done. Currently I cant even use the internet as the line is down. Telkom has cost me alot of money and time. My landline is not operational so I have to use my cellphone and I am still paying for Internet that I ant use.
I am currently looking at going legal and taking this to iCASA.
