I ordered a morderm but did not work and i requested for them to collect it as per my conversation with one of their consultants, it took them a month and two weeks to collect, but yet i was billed R170 for a something that i did not even use and it was not even my fault that it was not collected on time, please i want my money back because yopu delayed picking up the parcel and i asked your consultants if i will not be billed for this and they said no, but yet i was billed. i want my money back and i want this contract cancelled ASAP. i am tired of this.
