I am being billed for services I have not requested, I have cancelled these but keep getting billed on my MTN contract, I expect this to be reimbursed and any services to be cancelled ASAP, this is CRAZY! I do not acquire any monthly services and this must be stopped before the matter gets taken any further. I have tried calling you and I get transferred to a call centre but I just hold on for a very long time.
