Firstly I got the promptest response ever after completing a request for quote on the website. I was not able to talk at that time and requested that Daniel give me a call later which he did.
He ran through all the options and allowed me time to choose the option that suites me. I declined to give him my current premium as I thought it would affect their quote. Daniel explained that it would not be the case but allowed me that which I thought was quite understanding on his part.
I chose to call King Price after I'd read the complaints and compliments on Hello Peter. I noticed that all complaints and compliments had been replied to which I think speaks volumes for customer service. Challenges will always arise, what's important is that they are reponded to and resolved.
Daniel's service was excellent overall and he was a pleasure to deal with. I'd give him a 10 out of 10 for excellent service!
Daniel mentioned that customer service is very important to King Price and I therefore look forward to a long relationship with the insurer.
