This is a follow up to my previous complaint. I sent this email on Sunday morning to Hosea Magano and no response!!!
This is absolute rubbish. How many days does it take you to contact me? What investigations are you doing on my signal that will take you 4 days without any further update! It is 1.51AM on Sunday morning and I am having to turn to MTN again to use the internet. I will have another month of unused 8TA gigabytes, probably 8 gigs unused from my 10 gig package. F... king rip offs! I'm sitting with 1 bar of edge coverage. I want you to check my bill for the past few months and determine how poorly I have been able to access your data package offer. Fu..k all the great Telkom mobile adverts and sort out basic connectivity. I'm 6 KMs from Sandton city centre and feel like I live in the sticks! I am irate and upset. Sort this out.
