Contract is a waste of money

I currently have a 10 10gb telkom mobile contract. Over the last couple of months I have found that the coverage is continually getting worse.

Lately when I am out and about, I often get an error message saying that I am currently out of bundle and that "out of bundle rates will now apply". This despite have the majority of my data still unused.

After having consulted with the Telkom Mobile support (rather painfully I might add), they have informed me that this is the error which is generated when you are in areas that do not have Telkom Mobile coverage...

Since I use my 3G card for travelling, I find it pointless to have mobile data which almost never works. Even in Midrand I seem to be having this issue (when I did not have it before).

I now feel like I am being over having to pay for a product which does not work when required the majority of the time.

If you cannot provide me with a service that works, stop charging me for it...
