CANCELLING DECEASED ACCOUNT

Over a year has passed since my husband died and I am still waiting for someone at Nashua to take the responsibility of sorting out his account. They are happy because I pay the bill every month which I do because if I didn't' they would blacklist me! They took the handset back 10 months ago when the contract was supposed to be cancelled. I am still paying for this too!!! NO ONE bothers to come back after repeat visits, calls, emails they are the most appalling company I have ever dealt with. Lets see if someone responds to this query??? Where else do you turn - maybe the press?
