Prior to my complaint a week ago. Blanche Opperman contacted me with no HELP!!! I was asked to contact Cell C Legal Department> I have tried them on several occasions and emailed them with NO RESPONSE. However on Friday i got through and was told that the SUPERVISOR was the only person who could HELP, but he was not at his desk and was told he would contact me in an hour. Its been DAYS and no one has contacted me. I am now faced with a strcit CELL C letter demanding payment within 7 Days Or Else??? I am DISGUSTED with a WELL KNOWN BRAND LIKE CELL THAT GIVES NO SERVICES TO THEIR LOYAL CLIENTS> All my family members will now take their accounts away from CELL C now as well after my Ordeal. I will NOW TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE HIGHEST POINT.
