FNB share options more trouble that they are worth

Ever since I decided to open a Share saver account with FNB it has been a battle field of an experience for me. Recently I was forced to close my Share Saver account just a month after activation because I just could not take the misinformation and the 'its the system' nonsense and agents who just give misleading information after waiting over 20 min for my call to be taken. I feel robbed off my money because of the 'system'

Very disappointed and exhausted!!!
