On the 28th I did an inter account transfer from my cheque account to my savings account to cover a debit order on the 29th. I received an SMS to confirm transfer was successful at 21.18pm on the 28th
On the 30th I received an SMS to advise debit order payment had failed.
My transfer is stuck in your system, I went online to check, it only came into my savings account on the 30th, but is still in my cheque account as pending.
I need/want an explanation
I have had to do a manual payment to cover this debit order, but what about, the embarrassment, the bank charges and the inconvenience of it all.
