Every month I buy sms packages from Vodacom but realised that I was not getting the right amount of sms's that I was purchasing. I phoned and complained a little while ago and was assured that I was getting the right amount and when I insisted I was not the gentleman at the call centre said as a gesture of good will they will reimburse my last package that I bought which was about R45. Anyway I still insisted I was not getting my sms's and now I get an sms telling me I have 685 sms's to use before the end of the month. How funny is that!!
